Naeimeh Bakhshian

I am an experienced English educator with over 18 years of professional teaching experience and a strong academic background in language education. I hold a Master’s degree in Teaching Methodology and am currently completing a Master’s degree in English and American Studies at the University of Stuttgart.

Most recently, I completed an internship at the International School of Stuttgart, where I worked with the EAL and Learning Support teams. In this role, I supported students with diverse language backgrounds, assisted in classroom and small-group instruction, and collaborated with teachers to provide inclusive and targeted learning support. This experience strengthened my commitment to international education and reinforced my interest in working within an IB learning environment.

Throughout my career, I have taught learners of different ages and proficiency levels, developed curricula, mentored instructors, and applied student-centered and communicative teaching approaches. I am passionate about creating supportive learning environments where students feel confident to participate and grow. My professional experience, combined with my recent work in an international school context, enables me to adapt quickly and contribute effectively to a multicultural educational environment.
