My professional background has given me extensive experience in business, finance, management, customer communication, consulting, and dealing with people from different backgrounds. I hold a Bachelor of Commerce and have also studied ICMA (Institute of Cost and Management Accountants). I have worked as an Operations Manager with Nissan, a Credit Controller in an FMCG company, a Finance Manager in a Trading & Manufacturing company, as well as a Business Consultant and Travel Consultant.

This professional experience allows me to bring real-world examples into my lessons, particularly when teaching practical English, business communication, professional vocabulary, and everyday communication. I can communicate in English, Urdu, Punjabi, and Arabic, which also helps me understand and support students from different linguistic backgrounds.

I aim to create a friendly and comfortable learning environment where students feel confident asking questions and making mistakes as part of the learning process. My goal is not only to help students improve their language skills, but also to develop their confidence, communication ability, and independent learning skills.

I hold a Bachelor of Commerce and an ICMA (Institute of Cost & Management Accountancy) qualification, and I have worked in a variety of professional roles, including Operations Manager at Nissan, Finance Manager, Credit Controller, Business Consultant, and Travel Consultant.
Throughout my career, English has been an important part of my professional and everyday communication. I have developed strong skills in speaking, listening, reading, writing, vocabulary, grammar, and professional communication.
I particularly enjoy helping children, teenagers, and beginners improve their English in a relaxed, friendly, and supportive environment.
