With over two decades as a globally-minded educator, I have dedicated my career to designing and delivering high-impact language and cross-cultural training that enables seamless international collaboration. My experience spans both corporate and governmental spheres, including developing corporate language programs for firms like McKinsey, Google, AWS, and Deutsche Bank, as well as managing sensitive language acquisition training for the Japan Self-Defence Force for globally deployed personnel.

My approach integrates human-centered design, progressive pedagogy, and learning technology to create engaging and effective development experiences. Beyond traditional instruction, my role as a Director with the Velma Foundation in Nigeria—co-convening a reintegration initiative for former cybercriminals—has further strengthened my ability to navigate sensitive, high-stakes environments with empathy and clear communication.
