My English lessons are designed to be engaging, student-centred, and purpose-driven, with a strong balance between structure and flexibility. I aim to create a supportive learning environment where students feel confident to express themselves, make mistakes, and grow steadily in their language ability.
Teaching methods:
I use a communicative and task-based approach, combining interactive discussions, real-life scenarios, role-plays, guided reading, and practical writing tasks. Grammar and vocabulary are taught in context rather than in isolation, so learners understand not only the rules but also how to apply them naturally. I adapt my methods to different learning styles by using visual aids, short activities, reflection tasks, and continuous feedback.Overall, my goal is not only to teach English as a language, but to empower learners to use it confidently and independently in real-world contexts, opening academic, professional, and personal opportunities for them.
My experience in teaching English has strengthened my ability to assess individual needs and adjust pacing and techniques accordingly. I am patient, empathetic, and encouraging, with a strong focus on gradual improvement and confidence development. I view teaching as a collaborative process and continuously reflect on my lessons to improve effectiveness and learner outcomes.
Lessons cover all four core skills speaking, listening, reading, and writing while also emphasizing pronunciation, confidence-building, and academic or professional English when needed. I integrate authentic materials such as articles, short videos, and everyday situations to make learning relevant and meaningful. Where appropriate, I tailor content to students’ goals, such as exams, interviews, presentations, or daily communication.
