My teaching approach is learner-centred, practical and interactive, with a strong focus on developing confidence, fluency and effective communication. With over 30 years of experience in education, I have taught learners and professionals across Primary School, High School, University and online environments. I currently work as an English Coach with Speexx International, specializing in Business English and communication training for corporate clients and executives from A1 to C2 level.

My lessons combine task-based and contextual learning with structured language development. I adapt each lesson to the learner's level, professional background, goals and individual learning needs. My teaching content includes grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, fluency, reading, writing and listening, as well as practical Business English skills such as meetings, presentations, negotiations, professional emails, leadership communication and networking.

I believe learning is most effective when students are actively involved. My teaching dynamics therefore include discussions, role-plays, simulations, problem-solving activities, real-world scenarios, guided conversations and targeted feedback. I encourage learners to speak as much as possible and create a supportive environment where they feel comfortable making mistakes and learning from them.

I also incorporate digital tools and a variety of interactive resources, including PowerPoint, Google Forms, Google Slides and online learning platforms.

My role extends beyond teaching language. I aim to understand each learner, identify their strengths and areas for development and help them build confidence and independence. Ultimately, my goal is to equip learners with the language skills, confidence and communication strategies they need to succeed in their personal, academic and professional lives.
