Mohammed Elkhalifa

Hello! My name is Mohammed, and I am a CELTA-qualified English teacher with experience teaching students from a variety of cultural and educational backgrounds. I am passionate about helping learners build confidence and develop practical English skills that they can use in everyday life, education, and their future careers.

My teaching approach is student-centred, communicative, and supportive. I believe that students learn best when they are actively using the language rather than simply studying grammar rules. For this reason, my lessons focus on meaningful communication through discussions, role-plays, problem-solving activities, vocabulary development, and personalised speaking practice. I adapt every lesson to the individual needs, interests, and goals of each student.

I have experience teaching English both in person and online. During my time teaching abroad in Mexico, I planned and delivered engaging lessons for learners of different ages and abilities. I also currently volunteer as an online English tutor, helping students improve their speaking, grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary, and overall confidence. In addition, my work in UK schools has strengthened my classroom management, communication, and learner support skills.
