My teaching is highly student-centered, with a strong focus on engagement, clarity, and practical outcomes. I believe that learning a language—especially for academic and exam purposes—should be both structured and dynamic.

Teaching Methods:
I combine communicative and task-based approaches with explicit instruction in grammar, vocabulary, and skills development. For exam preparation (TOEFL, IELTS, SAT, Cambridge exams), I design lessons that integrate authentic practice materials, strategy training, and personalized feedback. I also use technology, interactive platforms, and real-world resources to make lessons engaging and relevant.

Content & Focus:
My content is tailored to the learners’ needs: from improving speaking confidence in young learners, to mastering academic writing with advanced students, to developing targeted strategies for high-stakes exams. I integrate reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills in a balanced way while emphasizing critical thinking, problem-solving, and effective communication.

Classroom Dynamics:
I foster a supportive and motivating classroom atmosphere where students feel safe to participate, take risks, and learn from mistakes. My lessons are interactive, often including group discussions, pair work, debates, role plays, and collaborative tasks. I encourage active participation and adapt my style to different learner profiles—whether in a multicultural classroom or in one-to-one settings.

Experience:
With over 18 years of teaching experience across different age groups and levels, I have worked with children, teenagers, and adults from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. I am also a Cambridge Speaking Examiner and have extensive expertise in exam preparation, curriculum design, and test coordination. This has allowed me to not only teach effectively but also to guide learners with insider knowledge of how assessments are structured and evaluated.
