I use basic grammar and words to begin. I tend towards a more conversational style. American English can be very tricky since is requires a knowledge of the culture. I will explain and use actual conversational English you would hear in the USA in both school, business, and out in public, including common slang terms. My teaching is for people who want to speak actual spoken American English and not what is learned simply in textbooks. I also use shows, books, and music to help others learn the culture and language.
