My name is Teacher Melissa and I have been an Online English tutor for 5 years and counting. I can assist students with the necessary skills that they require to improve their English proficiency and communicate more fluently. I can assist adults and children with grammar, reading and writing, oral skills, letter formation for younger learners and I have experience in helping students prepare for their IELTS/TOEFL examinations. I am a certified TEFL tutor and I am currently still in the process of obtaining my degree in the B.ED Foundation phase at the University of South Africa. I started my journey as an ESL tutor in 2018. I worked for a company in South Africa that was in partnership with TutorABC and I worked for them for 1 year where I taught adult group lessons and one on one K12 lessons with kids. I then moved over to a home based company called Acadsoc and I worked for them for 2 years teaching both adults and kids. I have gained so much experience and knowledge in working with Acadsoc and I have accumulated a large number of regular students over the past 2 years. I can teach adult group lessons and also children as young as 5 years old. I worked for an Egyptian company English air in 2021 and I taught adults. I also made short videos where I gave some English tips on how to improve your oral skills for them . I currently work for a European company called Babbel and I teach adult group lessons for 55 minutes.
