One of the most effective way to acquire a language is communicating through spontaneous speaking. I believe that learning something without application is like pouring water into a leaked container. Therefore, I ensure that students get to talk more than I do during the lesson. Active listening also plays an important role in progressing faster in language acquisition. Because communication is a two-way process, it is also important to note that students should be able to understand what they hear to converse effectively. If the students are beginners, textbooks or any learning materials are necessary. However, if they have already grasped the foundation of the language, online news articles or topic discussions are great for engaging lessons. I also love tutoring kids and always make sure that the lesson is fun and interactive.
