I’m Marc, 30 years old, certified in Business English, Process and Quality Coaching, Business Coaching, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. My teaching approach is structured, learner-centric, and results-driven. I begin with a comprehensive needs assessment to align training objectives with individual and organizational goals. From there, I design tailored programs that integrate language development with professional competencies. My sessions cover grammar, vocabulary, cultural fluency, reading, writing, listening, and speaking—alongside soft skills such as problem-solving, adaptability, and interpersonal communication.
I also specialize in interview preparation and workplace communication, including email etiquette, meeting participation, and presentation delivery. Using real-world scenarios, role-plays, and simulations, I foster practical application and learner confidence.
As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Process Coach, I bring a data-driven mindset to training. I continuously evaluate learning outcomes, identify gaps, and implement improvements to ensure measurable impact. I’ve also developed content for onboarding, leadership development, and customer service excellence, contributing to enhanced performance and engagement.
