I’m Marc, 30 years old, certified in Business English, Process and Quality Coaching, Business Coaching, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Over the past four years, I’ve delivered impactful training programs across BPO, IT, KPO, HR, and ITES sectors, with a strong focus on communication, soft skills, and continuous improvement.

My teaching approach is structured, learner-centric, and results-driven. I begin with a comprehensive needs assessment to align training objectives with individual and organizational goals. From there, I design tailored programs that integrate language development with professional competencies.
