I am an English teacher based in Vietnam with a Bachelor's degree in English Linguistics from Saigon University and a C1 certificate from the British Council. I also hold a 120 hour TESOL/TEFL certification, which has shaped how I plan and deliver lessons.

Over the past few years I have taught English to a wide range of learners, including young children, secondary school students, and working adults, both in person and online. This experience has taught me that no two students learn the same way, so I begin every new student relationship by understanding their current level, their goals, and what motivates them, whether that is passing an exam, gaining confidence for travel, or improving professional communication.

My lessons typically combine structured grammar and vocabulary practice with plenty of speaking time, since I believe confidence comes from actually using the language, not just studying it. I use authentic materials such as short articles, dialogues, and real life scenarios to keep lessons engaging rather than purely textbook based. For younger learners, I include games and visual aids to keep attention and make learning enjoyable. For adult learners, I focus more on practical communication and correcting patterns that affect fluency.

I also track each student's progress closely, adjusting pacing and content as needed, and I regularly check understanding through short reviews rather than waiting until the end of a course to see what has or has not worked.

Alongside teaching, I currently work as a freelance AI language data trainer, evaluating English language quality, which has sharpened my attention to grammar accuracy and natural phrasing even further. I am patient, reliable, and genuinely enjoy helping students see real progress in their English.
