Lidia Oleksa

My lessons are practical, interactive, and focused on real-life business communication. Rather than spending time on theory alone, we work on the skills you need to use English confidently at work.

Depending on your goals, lessons may include business meetings, presentations, negotiations, job interviews, emails, networking, and everyday professional communication. We use authentic materials, role plays, case studies, and discussion-based activities to build both fluency and accuracy.

With over 20 years of teaching experience and more than 20,000 hours taught, I have worked with professionals from a wide range of industries and levels. I offer both individual coaching and group training, always adapting the content and pace to each learner's needs.

My goal is to create a relaxed and supportive environment where you can speak confidently, expand your vocabulary, and develop communication skills that you can use immediately in your professional life.

Alongside my teaching experience, I've spent many years working as a tour leader across Asia and Africa, giving me firsthand experience of communicating and working with people from different cultures and backgrounds.

Travel and exploring different cultures are a big part of my life. I also enjoy working with artistic ceramics as a creative outlet, and I practice yoga for balance and wellbeing. I’m interested in psychology, theatre or European cinematography.

I’m passionate about languages and love using them both in my work and everyday life. I’m a native Polish speaker, speak English at a proficient level, and am fluent in Spanish. I also have a basic knowledge of Greek and German.
