Lanees (Niesy) Lucas

Hello! My name is Lanees Lucas, though most people call me Niesy. I’m 32 years old and based in Cape Town, South Africa. For over nine years, I’ve been teaching English both online and offline, working with learners from across the globe—ranging in age from 3 to 87. My career has also taken me abroad, giving me valuable international experience.
As an extrovert, I'm sociably confident and out-going. I love meeting new people and making lasting connections, My teaching style is highly adaptable, shaped by each student’s unique learning preferences and needs. Beyond teaching, I’m passionate about a wide range of interests: traveling, cooking, photography, social media content creation, shopping (both online and in-store), beauty and fashion, watching K-dramas, and exploring art in all its forms—whether through dance, singing, painting, or drawing.
