I teach based on what the student needs, if the student is at school level I would focus mainly on conversation skills beside the academic part. If the student is older and wish to be perfect in English I would make my classes mainly on conversation (fixing vocabulary and grammar in conversation instead of pen and paper) which worked 100% with my students. It's more fun and one learns without noticing that this is a class. Most of my students become my friends because we talk everything in life but in English classes to practice every aspect one might see themselves in. Can't wait for the fun to begin with you.
