Lana Alardah

As an English teacher, my goal is to create a supportive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment where students feel confident using the language. I focus on communication, practical usage, and cultural awareness, helping learners not only understand English but use it meaningfully in real-life situations.

My teaching methods combine structured language input with interactive activities. I use a mix of speaking, listening, reading, and writing exercises, always tailored to the students’ level and needs. I believe in learning by doing: role-plays, group discussions, debates, and games are regular parts of my lessons. I also integrate modern technology, such as videos, podcasts, and online quizzes, to keep lessons dynamic and relevant.

Grammar and vocabulary are taught in context, not in isolation. I encourage students to explore language through stories, current events, songs, and creative writing. I also value student participation and often use pair and group work to build confidence and fluency.

My classroom is a safe space where mistakes are seen as learning opportunities. I give constructive feedback and aim to motivate students by celebrating their progress. I believe every learner has potential, and it’s my job to help unlock it.

With experience teaching diverse groups and adapting to different learning styles, I strive to make English fun, meaningful, and empowering for all my students.
