As a 19-year-old English teacher with hands-on experience at Alma Mater School and years of home tutoring, I employ a differentiated instruction approach that recognizes every student learns differently. I design engaging lesson plans that blend traditional teaching with interactive activities, ensuring concepts are accessible whether you're a visual learner who needs diagrams and charts, an auditory learner who benefits from discussions and verbal explanations, or a kinesthetic learner who thrives with hands-on activities. My methodology focuses on scaffolding learning, where I build upon existing knowledge to introduce new concepts gradually, making complex ideas manageable and achievable.

My curriculum spans foundational language skills to advanced literary analysis, adapted for students from Prep through Grade 10. For younger learners, I focus on phonics, basic grammar, vocabulary building, and simple reading comprehension through storytelling and creative activities. With older students, I dive deeper into analytical writing, literature appreciation, essay structure, advanced grammar concepts, and exam preparation strategies. I integrate creative writing exercises, reading comprehension passages, and real-world communication skills into every lesson, ensuring students develop both academic proficiency and practical language abilities they can use beyond the classroom.

I create a nurturing and stimulating environment where students feel safe to express themselves and make mistakes as part of the learning process. My classroom atmosphere encourages active participation, collaboration, and peer learning, where students support each other's growth. I maintain clear expectations while being approachable and patient, understanding that language learning can be challenging. Regular positive reinforcement and constructive feedback help build confidence, while open discussions and interactive activities keep students engaged and motivated to participate.

Currently serving as both a class teacher for Prep students and English instructor for senior grades at Alma Mater School, I've developed strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt quickly to different age groups and learning needs. My journey began with home tutoring from where I provided individualized English and Science instruction to elementary and middle school students, receiving positive feedback from both students and parents. I also completed volunteer teaching at Lahore Grammar School, working with 20+ elementary students and honing my ability to create engaging lesson plans. Additionally, my research experience at Silverlight Research in London has enhanced my analytical and communication skills, which I bring into my teaching practice. This diverse experience has taught me the importance of adaptability, continuous improvement, and building strong relationships with students and parents to create a collaborative learning environment.
