My classes are dynamic, interactive, and deeply focused on both personal and artistic development. I combine technical training with creativity, awareness, communication, and human connection, creating an environment where students feel both challenged and supported.
Depending on the subject, my teaching can include contemporary dance, improvisation, contact improvisation, body awareness, choreography, somatic movement, creativity training, and performance development. I also integrate elements of psychology, movement analysis, rhythm, breath, spatial awareness, and partner work into my classes.
One of my strengths as a teacher is adapting to the individual and the group. I have worked internationally with professional dancers, beginners, students, executives, wellness communities, and multidisciplinary artists, so I understand how to adjust the class structure, intensity, and communication style depending on the people in the room.
My teaching methods often include:
* Guided improvisation
* Partner and group exercises
* Sensory and body-awareness practices
* Creative tasks and composition
* Technical movement training
* Communication and trust exercises
* Performance and stage presence development
* Reflection and feedback
I encourage students to become curious, expressive, and aware rather than simply copying movements mechanically. I believe people learn best when they feel safe, engaged, and inspired to explore their own possibilities.
With more than 30 years of experience as a performer, choreographer, educator, and creator of my own methodologies such as Human Contact Improvisation (HCI), I bring a combination of professional discipline, creativity, emotional intelligence, and international experience into every class.
For me, teaching is not only about transferring knowledge — it is about helping people discover more of themselves through movement and experience.
