My teaching style is learner-centered, interactive, and adaptive. I use a combination of:

Direct instruction for foundational concepts

Group discussions and collaborative work to build engagement and deeper understanding

Multimedia tools (slides, videos, diagrams, and visual aids) to enhance clarity

Formative assessment (quizzes, polls, reflective journals) to gauge understanding and guide next steps

I believe in scaffolding, where I support learners step-by-step until they can apply knowledge independently.
