I bring over three years of experience working in Human Resources, where communication, coaching, and people development were at the heart of my role. This background taught me how to listen, motivate, and tailor guidance to individual needs—skills that naturally shape my approach to teaching. I understand how to build trust, create a comfortable atmosphere, and encourage consistent progress through patience, empathy, and positive reinforcement.
