Fifteen years ago, I founded the organization Líderes Bilingües con Valores, a project dedicated to social transformation through education. For over a decade and a half, this organization has been transforming lives by combining language instruction (Spanish and English) with core ethical principles and leadership skills, preparing students to thrive as well-rounded citizens in a globalized world.

Creator of the ISER Methodology
My teaching approach is backed by an original methodology I developed called ISER. Drawing from my 25 years in the classroom, I designed this system to optimize foreign language acquisition by focusing on:

I - Integration: Creating a direct connection between the language and the student’s real-world context.

S - Sensitization: Developing cultural and auditory openness to better receive and process the language.

E - Structuring: Building a logical and solid foundation of functional grammar.

R - Resolution: Empowering the student to communicate effectively and resolve daily situations with fluency.
