My approach to teaching English is deeply humanistic, centered on the belief that every learner brings unique experiences, motivations, and strengths to the classroom. I view each lesson not only as a space to practice language, but also as an opportunity for personal growth and genuine communication.

When I begin working with a student, I take time to understand their goals, interests, and current level. This allows me to design lessons that feel relevant and meaningful rather than mechanical. Instead of teaching only grammar rules or vocabulary lists, I encourage students to use English as a living language. Together, we explore real-life topics, stories, and conversations that connect to their world, making learning more natural and enjoyable.

During lessons, I create a supportive atmosphere where students feel safe to experiment with language, make mistakes, and learn from them. I listen actively, give gentle feedback, and adapt the pace to ensure progress without pressure. My aim is to foster confidence, so students not only understand English but also feel comfortable using it in everyday life, at work, or in academic settings.

I believe that language learning should spark curiosity and joy. That is why I encourage open dialogue, critical thinking, and creativity in my lessons. Whether through role-plays, discussions, or reflective exercises, I strive to make English a tool for self-expression and connection. Ultimately, my teaching is guided by empathy, patience, and the desire to help each learner discover their own voice in English.
