The approach I use in teaching is learner-centered, highly interactive, and conceptually oriented. In my classes, every student will be free to ask questions and give his views without any fear since I acknowledge that different people learn differently.
In my lessons, there are clear explanations, practical examples, and real life applications. Discussions, questions, and practice are encouraged through various teaching methods that are tailored according to the needs of the learner.
I start from basics and try to make sure that everything is learned properly before advancing to other topics. I give constructive criticism and always monitor the performance of my students so that they can see their weaknesses.
To me, learning does not simply involve just giving out information. Teaching is a process of instilling confidence and motivating my learners.
