Your Supportive English Tutor - Helping You Fall in Love with the Language and Hold Engaging Conversations

My name is Nisha Ponnambalam, and I’m a 24-year-old woman from India. I am currently pursuing my Master’s in Data Analytics at the University of Hildesheim. I would be honored to work as a private English tutor, as teaching is something I am deeply passionate about.

I believe in making learning engaging by implementing it in a practical and meaningful way. I have prior experience in tutoring students in both English and mathematics. This has taught me the importance of patience, encouragement, and support in helping each student achieve success. My approach focuses on using relatable examples and analogies so that students not only understand concepts quickly but also remember them long-term.

I am fully committed to supporting my students, answering their questions thoroughly, and helping them build both confidence and a genuine interest in the subject. I will also create a safe space so that they feel encouraged to ask all their doubts. I follow a policy- "No question is a silly question." It would be a privilege to contribute to their learning journey and help them achieve their goals.

I have completed my entire education with English as my first language which allowed me to develop a strong command of the language. Additionally, I have achieved an IELTS score of 8.5 out of 9 (IELTS is an exam conducted by the British Council to assess English proficiency at an advanced level. )
