Experienced English Language Teacher and Instructor

My name is Hend Alqataa, and I graduated in 2013 from the Faculty of Education, English Department, with a cumulative average of 90.74%. I’ve been working for UNRWA since 2014, teaching English with a focus on engaging and effective instruction. In addition, I’ve worked as an English instructor at language centers like the Oxford Centre in Gaza, where I specialized in teaching adult learners. These experiences have helped me deliver learner-centered lessons tailored to your individual needs and learning styles.

I’m especially passionate about storytelling and often incorporate it into my speaking courses. I believe stories are a powerful tool in language learning—they not only help you build speaking skills and gain confidence, but also connect you to other cultures and to your own inner thoughts. Through storytelling, you can express yourself more freely and see the world around you with fresh understanding.
