Hashmatullah Jamalzai

Hi, this is Hashmatullah Jamalzai, a highly dedicated English instructor with an exceptional academic and leadership background. I studied at an international English-medium medical high school, where all instruction was conducted in English and academic standards were rigorous. I ranked first academically for twelve consecutive years and was recognized as the Best Student of Afghanistan for maintaining the top rank throughout my entire schooling. I graduated with a 99.97% academic average, the highest grade ever recorded in the school’s history. In recognition of my sustained excellence, I was awarded Best Student of Kabul twice and Best Student of the School five times, along with continuous honors for academic distinction, discipline, and leadership.

Beyond academics, I was actively involved in extracurricular and leadership activities. I held multiple leadership roles, participated in academic and scientific competitions, volunteered in school and community initiatives, and represented my school in official ceremonies and events. Professionally, I have worked as an Administrative Assistant, where I developed strong organizational, communication, documentation, and time-management skills while supporting daily operations in a professional environment.

My lessons are structured, student-centered, and results-oriented. Each lesson begins with a brief review of previously learned material, followed by the clear introduction of new concepts through simple explanations and real-life examples. This is followed by guided practice and interactive activities, and each lesson concludes with practical exercises or discussion to reinforce learning and build confidence.

I tailor my teaching methods to meet the needs of different learners. When teaching children, I use visuals, games, storytelling, and engaging activities to make learning enjoyable and effective. When teaching women, I intentionally create a safe, respectful, and encouraging learning environment, particularly because many women are currently unable to access formal education due to existing restrictions. My lessons for women focus on restoring learning opportunities, building confidence, and developing practical communication skills in a supportive setting.

I provide these English lessons free of charge as part of my commitment to educational access and community support, especially for learners who do not currently have the opportunity to pursue formal education. Overall, my approach combines academic excellence, professional experience, and a clear, well-organized lesson structure to help learners of all ages develop meaningful and lasting English skills.
