I utilize Experiential Learning Theory (ELT) which posits that knowledge is created through the transformation of experience, defining learning as a four-stage cycle: concrete experience, reflective observation, abstract conceptualization, and active experimentation. I believe that the best ways to learn things is by actually having experiences as experiences stick out in our mind and help us retain information and remember facts.
I create opportunities for students to have experiences based on the things they are learning about. I create environments where students can learn and have experiences at the same time.
