My teaching style is practical, structured, and focused on building real confidence in using English. I don’t just focus on grammar rules, I make sure my students can actually use the language in real-life situations, whether for work, school, or daily conversations.

I usually start by understanding the student’s level and goals. From there, I design lessons that combine speaking, listening, and grammar in a balanced way. For example, I like using conversation-based learning, where students practice speaking while I guide them on proper sentence structure, vocabulary, and pronunciation. I also include short exercises, real-life scenarios, and sometimes role-playing (like job interviews or client conversations) to make lessons more engaging and practical.

My background in customer service and operations has helped me develop strong communication skills, which I bring into my teaching. I’m patient, clear, and supportive, especially for students who may feel shy or lack confidence in speaking English. I create a comfortable space where mistakes are part of the learning process.

In terms of teaching dynamics, I keep my sessions interactive rather than lecture-based. I encourage students to speak more, ask questions, and actively participate. I also adjust my pace depending on how quickly the student learns, so no one feels overwhelmed.
