My teaching is interactive, student-centered, and adaptable to the needs of different learners. I use a variety of methods such as Total Physical Response (TPR), storytelling, role-play, songs, games, and visuals to make lessons engaging and memorable—especially for young learners. I believe children learn best when they are actively involved, so I encourage participation through questions, movement, and hands-on activities rather than passive listening.
In terms of content, I focus on building strong foundations in literacy, numeracy, and creative expression, while also integrating themes such as science, art, and everyday life skills to keep lessons meaningful. I scaffold learning step by step, ensuring each child understands before moving forward.
My classroom dynamics emphasize respect, inclusivity, and collaboration. I create a warm, supportive environment where learners feel safe to take risks, make mistakes, and grow. I use group work, pair activities, and individual tasks to balance interaction with personal growth. Clear routines and positive reinforcement help children stay focused and motivated.
With my teaching experience spanning preschool through primary levels (ages 4–10), I have taught English, Math, and Creative Arts in both formal classrooms and private tutoring settings.
