I offer personalized lessons tailored to each student's needs, goals, and learning style. My teaching approach focuses on creating a supportive and engaging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, developing confidence, and building strong academic skills. I use evidence-based learning techniques, active discussion, practical examples, and structured study strategies to help students understand concepts deeply rather than simply memorize information. I am currently pursuing a Master's degree in Psychology, Neuroscience and Human Sciences at the University of Pavia and IUSS, following an Honours Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Cognitive Science, and Methodology & Statistics from Utrecht University. My academic background includes courses in cognitive psychology, developmental psychology, social psychology, forensic psychology, clinical psychology, health psychology, neuroscience, research methods, statistics, psychopathology, learning and memory, and psychological assessment. In addition, I have completed certifications in Psychological Research, Active Listening, Psychological First Aid, Suicide Prevention, Managing ADHD, Autism, Learning Disabilities and Concussion in School, and Introduction to Epidemiology. Through my experience as a Student Mentor, Official Student Ambassador, researcher, and volunteer active listener, I have developed strong communication, mentoring, and teaching skills. Lessons can include psychology content, study skills, exam preparation, academic writing, critical thinking, organization, time management, and learning strategies. I adapt each session to the student's pace and goals, helping them gain confidence, improve performance, and develop skills that will benefit them throughout their academic journey.
