My method of teaching is the most simple method, because from the understanding that we have two different types of people in our society today, which are the slow learners and fast learners, i try my best to carry everyone along, that way i use the simplest form by the use of song to other means giving them home work and giving them group task to complete, that way they do it with joy and face their fears squarely.
Some many of them are the shy type and can not ask questions in the class so i make sure they feel free to ask questions and mix up freely without the fear the others will laugh at them when they fail of pronounce things wrongly, one basic thing is that most of them are new to English language both in spoken and written English.
I try my best not to be too fast when speaking to them and pronounce the words clearly, my class is a fun place whereby the children feels at home with me because at all times, i try to make them speak the English language even though they try to go back to their local languages. My focus is to make them appreciate the English language and embrace it with all their heart, reason for me to always give them home work its to improve their level of English and marry them to it, for it to be a part of them anytime in greatness .
