By studying english literature and working for many years with different groups of people I learned how to organize and lead large or small groups of people and understand and respect the differences and make a friendly atmosphere in which all can participate and show encouragement. Discipline and creativity are inseperable parts of my professional careers which has led to perfect leadership skills.
