My lessons for students aged 5–12 are designed to turn "learning a language" into "exploring a new world." I believe that at this age, children learn best when they are having fun, which is why my sessions are high-energy and interactive.
What a typical lesson looks like:
The Warm-Up: We start with a quick "Show and Tell" or a "Question of the Day" to get the student speaking immediately.
Interactive Learning: Instead of dry grammar drills, we use digital games, colorful visuals, and storytelling to learn new vocabulary.
Active Practice: We focus on conversational confidence. We might "visit" a virtual grocery store or act out a short skit to use English in real-life contexts.
The Wrap-Up: A quick review game to celebrate what we learned!
