Each lesson is thoughtfully structured to include systematic breathing exercises (Pranayama) to stabilize the nervous system, followed by personalized gentle therapeutic postures(Asanas) tailored to your body's specific needs. We conclude every session with a dedicated deep relaxation practice. Such as guided Yoga Nidra or meditation, ensuring you finish feeling deeply restored, mentally clear and physically balanced. All practices are fully adjusted to suit your individual experience level and personal pace.
