Hello , my name is Uloma. I am an educator, I have been in this profession for 10 years now. I have different methods I teach my learners. One crucial thing I must do before teaching any class is to know them. I make sure I understand my learners, I try to understand their strength and weakness then I work with them.
In my class, we do a lot of activity,I ensure they are involved in their learning, this way the grasp easily. I also incorporate educational video clips, games, peer to peer learning, class presentation, group discussion etc.
My learners always enjoy my class because I break it down , making it easy for them.
Finally I am very patient with my learners. I believe everyone has great potentials in them, so I never give up on a learner.
