Dongyue Liang

Hello! I am a native Chinese speaker from Guangdong, currently completing my Master’s degree in Sport and Exercise Science at the Technical University of Munich. I speak both Mandarin and Cantonese and hold a National Putonghua Proficiency Certificate, Level 2A.

I have experience teaching children and adults, and my background in sport and education helps me create active, structured, and enjoyable lessons. Depending on your age and learning goals, I can use games, movement, pictures, role-play, and real-life situations to make Chinese easier to understand and remember.

For beginners, I focus on pronunciation, useful vocabulary, basic grammar, and everyday conversation. More advanced learners can practise speaking, listening, reading, cultural topics, or prepare for HSK. Lessons can also be adapted for travel, work, personal interests, or communication with Chinese-speaking friends and family.

I can teach in English, Mandarin, or Cantonese. As someone who is also learning foreign languages while living in Germany, I understand that speaking a new language can feel difficult at first. I therefore create a patient and supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and progressing at their own pace.

My goal is to make Chinese practical, interactive, and enjoyable while helping you speak with greater confidence.
