I believe that learning a language should be practical, interactive, and connected to everyday life. My teaching approach is based on my professional experience of more than three years in the banking sector, where effective communication, patience, active listening, and understanding different people were essential parts of my work.

During my experience at HDFC Bank as a Deputy Manager, I regularly interacted with customers from different backgrounds and helped them understand banking products, processes, and services in a simple and clear way. This experience taught me how to explain complex information using easy language and how to adjust my communication style according to the individual’s level of understanding. I would use the same approach while teaching English.

My lessons would focus on speaking, vocabulary, pronunciation, grammar, and everyday communication. Rather than relying only on textbooks, I would use practical situations such as introducing yourself, having conversations at work, shopping, travelling, making appointments, or communicating with colleagues and customers. I believe students learn better when they can immediately use what they have learned in real-life situations.

I also understand that every student has a different learning speed and confidence level. Therefore, I would create a friendly and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes and asking questions. I would encourage students to speak regularly and gradually build their confidence.

My MBA in Marketing has also strengthened my presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. I am motivated to share my knowledge and help students improve not only their language skills but also their confidence in communicating with others.
