Dhanaji Rajaram Naikwadi

Hello! My name is Dr. Dhanaji Naikwadi. I hold a Ph.D. in organic chemistry research and recently completed my postdoctoral research (Postdoc) in Chemical Engineering at TU Delft.
In my teaching, I combine deep expertise in organic synthesis and chemical engineering with modern, practical teaching methods. My goal is to make complex chemical concepts understandable and tangible. I adapt the lesson dynamics individually to the needs of my students to optimally convey both theoretical basics and advanced research topics. I look forward to sharing my knowledge and passion for chemistry with you!
