My teaching style is student-centered, interactive, and communication-focused. I believe in creating a positive and engaging learning environment where students feel confident expressing themselves in English. Over the past six years, I’ve taught a wide range of age groups and proficiency levels—both in public schools in Albania and in various educational settings in China, both online and face-to-face.
I use a combination of communicative language teaching and task-based learning methods. This means I focus on practical language use through real-life situations, conversations, and meaningful tasks that help students develop all four skills: speaking, listening, reading, and writing. I also integrate grammar and vocabulary in a natural, context-based way, rather than teaching them in isolation.
In my lessons, I use a mix of materials—textbooks, authentic content, games, videos, and digital tools—to keep things dynamic and interesting. I like to include activities such as role-plays, discussions, collaborative projects, and problem-solving tasks to help students actively use the language and build their confidence.
Classroom dynamics are critical to me. I aim to create a supportive, respectful space where students feel encouraged to participate, make mistakes, and grow. I pay close attention to individual learner needs and adapt my lessons accordingly.
In addition to my teaching work, I run my own online platform, English House, where I create educational content focused on helping learners, especially with speaking and communication skills. I’m also currently pursuing a second master’s degree in translation and interpretation, which continues to strengthen my understanding of language learning from a broader perspective.
