Dancan Kiprobon

My lessons are learner-centered, engaging, and designed to build both competence and confidence. I believe children learn best in a supportive environment where they feel safe to ask questions, make mistakes, and express themselves freely. For this reason, I create interactive lessons that encourage active participation rather than passive listening.

I use a variety of teaching methods depending on the learner’s age and level. These include guided discussions, storytelling, reading activities, educational games, role-play, and practical exercises. I also incorporate visual aids and real-life examples to make lessons meaningful and relatable. My goal is to make learning English enjoyable while ensuring steady academic progress.

The content of my lessons focuses on grammar, vocabulary development, reading comprehension, creative and functional writing, speaking skills, and pronunciation. I structure each lesson with a warm-up activity, introduction of new concepts, guided practice, independent practice, and a brief review to reinforce understanding.

In terms of lesson dynamics, my classes are structured but flexible. I adapt my teaching pace to meet individual learning needs and abilities. I assess progress regularly through short exercises, discussions, and feedback sessions to ensure learners are improving.

Through my teaching experience, I have worked with children from diverse academic backgrounds. This has strengthened my ability to personalize instruction and motivate learners. My ultimate aim is not only to improve their English skills but also to inspire confidence, curiosity, and lifelong learning.
