The are alot of ways to get the best out of students but then it also depends on the age level, exposure and backgrounds of the person or pupils you are tutoring.
My lesson style includes some few simply techniques which includes first of all making my students feel very relaxed and comfortable because it makes the whole aim to be easy to achieve. My teaching methods including abit of story telling, interactive class session, short breaks when necessary and most importantly giving alots of examples or demonstration when it is applicable. The primary goal is to make my students to be more enlightened about the topics been taught beyond just studying to pass an exam but rather to a better knowledge about the topics beyond the exams.
Over the years i have been given the task to tutor high school pupils and adults preparing for exams such as the IELTS, WAEC, TOELTS and also friends who are not English native speakers.
