Chiamaka Ibidun

am a polite and respectful individual who enjoys working with children and creating a positive, safe, and supportive learning environment where young learners feel confident and encouraged to participate.
I currently work in a school environment as a Human Resources and Administrative Officer. In addition, I support the school in the afternoons as an after-school coordinator, where I work closely with preschool and primary school children, especially those in Grades 1–3.
In my administrative role, I monitor student progress and handle recruitment documentation as well as other HR-related responsibilities that support the smooth running of the school.
As an after-school coordinator, I assist children with their homework and guide them through their early learning journey. I organize fun, interactive, and age-appropriate activities that make learning English enjoyable and easy to understand. These activities help children improve their vocabulary, reading, listening, and basic writing skills in a playful way.
I strongly believe that young children learn best through encouragement, repetition, and fun experiences. I motivate children daily, give extra support to those who struggle, and recognize positive behavior and achievements to build their confidence.
At the end of each term, I help organize creative and educational activities such as games, arts and crafts, spelling bees, storytelling sessions, and other interactive learning exercises that make learning memorable and enjoyable.
My goal is to support children academically while also helping them develop confidence, discipline, and a lifelong love for learning in a warm and encouraging environment.
