In my lessons, I like to keep things clear and structured, but also interactive. I usually start by introducing a concept in a simple way, then guide learners through examples before letting them try on their own. With younger learners, I use a lot of visual aids, stories, games, and movement to keep them engaged and make learning feel fun. With older learners, I lean more into conversation, practical exercises, and exam-style questions to build both understanding and confidence.
I also try to connect learning to real life wherever possible, so it feels meaningful and not just something from a textbook. I regularly check understanding through questions and short activities, and I adjust my pace depending on how the learner is doing in the moment.
Overall, I focus on building positive relationships with my learners. I want them to feel supported, seen, and encouraged while still being guided with structure and clear expectations. My experience working with early childhood and primary learners has taught me how important patience, creativity, and consistency are in helping each child grow at their own pace, confidently and effectively. Lets learn together :)
