I have employed and applied interactive learning; student pose questions than answers are solicited from the class size. Role-playing is yet another way student's lean by doing, this takes the form whereby each student stands to give a speech or explain their answers. Again, I ensure there is group work, this aids the weaker students to learn and the stronger to assist. In each given day after my class, I request each student to complete a task which is presented on a given date; this tests to know the understanding of the class and also reveal some weakness. I encourage and take my students for excursion where the studies become meaningful. I prefer and advise my student to participate in project work of a given topic. In terms of materials for learning, I use diagrams, visuals and less text; psychological there are different types of learners; we have the visualization learners, listening learners, kinetic leaners and others. As much as possible, I explore the various methods to ensure each students receives the value for money, develop their confidence, turning weakness into strength. Most importantly, I recommend standardized books for their learning, whereby each content of the book is discussed. In the world of many languages, cultures and values, I accept people of different cultural origin and values. I treat each student with dignity, respect, setting boundaries, having each confidentiality in each member and treat persons as individualism with no assumption of biases, prejudice and assumptions. These are my concise methods.
