Academic Coaching & Study Skills Support

I am not a subject tutor. I work with students who know what they need to do but struggle to get started, or who find themselves starting multiple tasks without managing to finish them.

My work focuses on academic planning, time management, task prioritisation and building consistent study habits.

How the sessions work

Our first session is diagnostic. We discuss what you are studying, your upcoming deadlines, how you currently plan your week, and where you tend to get stuck. Many students do not have a knowledge problem; they have a structure problem. Understanding the difference is essential to finding the right approach.

Each subsequent session follows a practical, structured format:

Review what you planned to do and what you actually accomplished.

Map upcoming deadlines and prioritise tasks.

Break large assignments into manageable work sessions that fit your daily routine.

Create a realistic plan for what to work on each day.

Agree on clear, achievable goals to complete before our next session.

My experience

Since 2017, I have run my own education consultancy, advising students and families on academic planning, university applications and career direction, from secondary school through postgraduate and doctoral level.

I am a British Council Trained Agent and hold ICEF Agency Status.

Practical details

Sessions are delivered online in English or Turkish.

My approach is practical and collaborative: we work together to build a realistic structure, develop accountability and help you make consistent progress towards your academic goals.
