I am an experienced educator, Performance Coach and leadership and management specialist with more than 26 years' experience teaching, training, coaching and supporting adult learners. I have delivered and assessed programs from Entry Level to Level 5 across further education, higher education and work-based learning.

My online sessions are engaging, supportive and firmly connected to the workplace. I tailor each session to the learner's role, existing experience, objectives and professional challenges. Rather than relying solely on theory, I use practical examples, focused discussion, questioning, reflection and workplace scenarios to help learners understand new ideas and apply them confidently.

My specialist areas include leadership and management, communication, team development, motivation, productivity, customer service and wider professional skills. I can also support learners with assignments, professional discussions, presentations, reflective writing and preparation for assessment.

As a Performance Coach on the CMI Leadership and Management programme, I supported 98% of my apprentices to achieve distinction grades. I worked closely with both learners and employers, helping individuals connect their learning to meaningful workplace projects while building confidence, independence and professional capability.

I have extensive experience coordinating courses, developing learning materials, assessing work and maintaining high standards of quality assurance. I am also a Microsoft Certified Educator and have delivered remote learning for approximately four years, using digital tools to create accessible, interactive and personalized learning experiences.

My approach is encouraging, structured and learner-centred. I establish each learner's starting point and goals before agreeing a clear focus for the session. Learners leave with improved understanding, practical strategies and achievable next steps.
I work with adult learners, aspiring and established managers, apprentices, professionals and organizations. All sessions are delivered online in English.
