First of all, it's important that we fully introduce ourselves; names, profession and other facts.

Secondly, I would like to know how much English has been spoken by the student and in which field/career/profession he or she is needing to converse in English.

Thirdly, it is practically important that the student (he or she,) already communicates with me in the English language, so I can see where help is needed. Of course I will correct the student during our conversation.

Fourth, we shall discover during our conversation where we can proceed from then onwards.

Last but not least, Fifth, I will be able to make an analysis of the student which helps me to find out which learning tools are best suitable to the student to improve his or her mastery of the English language.

Most important of all, is the ability of the student to communicate the exact right way to express him/ herself fully.

There are some languages whereby it is not possible to fully say everything which people want to say due to their language structure and language rules.

Fortunately, people who want to learn the English language, will discover that now, they can fully express what's on their mind/ heart or whatever it may be that they want to say.

I have patience with people and I know that things take time. With time, people grow and evolve into their better version of themselves, just like I have. In a world which is fast changing, the English speaking ability will always connect people with others no matter which country.
