English teacher who teaches learners of all ages

I am a multidisciplinary professional who is graduated in art (MA in TEFL), Education (M.Ed.) , Science (M.SC.) in Project Management and PhD in ELT. I have served in different managerial positions as Head, committee chairperson and Dean of college. Moreover, I have gained different academic and professional experts as Master Trainer, Research Team Leader, Quality Assurance Expert and National Consultant. I recently live in Berlin and am looking for professional jobs. I am energetic with richer lived-in-it experiences, interpersonal and communicative skills. I Believe that any lesson should focus on investing more time on enriching and testing stuydents intellegence rather than testing memory. My pedagogy maily depends on experenrial, inquriy, collaborative and critical learning. The core core learning tasks are adustd to task-based learning and learning by doing. My lessons have lesson beginning, running and round up. The skills focused are 1. proactive skills: branstorming, previewing, predicting and anticipating. 2nd level skills.: setting clear learning objectives, exercising visualizing or creating mind images *e.g while reading). 3. making connections/ compar-contrats, evaluating content, accepting or rejecting author opinions, attitudes or ideas, interpreting content, critical analysis of messages and summarizing lesson in own words.
