Hi, I’m Georgette.
I have been teaching English As a Second Language since 2000. I received my CELTA in Damascus and started working at the university of Damascus, as well as at the Pakistani private school 4th grade. A while later I traveled to South Korea, Seoul, and worked there as an English teacher at a private school, at the same time I taught business and general English to adults.
After that I went to Moscow and worked as English teacher at a Business English school for adults, at the same time at a private Canadian school with children.
I prefer an interactive method of teaching, where the learners have enough space and time to come forward, interact and use the lesson’s input to develop their language. Creativity and fun are definite part of the lesson as well.
The curriculum is tailored through analysing my learners‘ needs, and combining that with what I believe necessary for their development.
I teach with passion and dedication, and put a good atmosphere and connection to my learners in centre.
