As an educator, I aim to make my lessons interactive and engaging for my students. For children, I integrate various type of learning materials to let them enjoy while learning the lesson. I applied various and dynamic teaching -learning methods to meet the learning objectives. I listen to their stories and interests in order for them to feel valued and belonged. For teenagers and adults, I applied a student-centered approach so that I can nurture and refine their communication skills. With constant monitoring and nurturing, I give them enough to time to express their thoughts and share their ideas about the things around them. I believe that through these methods of teaching, I would be able to produce competitive students who have possessed the skills that are useful and valuable for their future careers.
